1. Go to a licensed Health Care Practitioner in your city/province

Visit nearest licensed health care practitioner. You need to provide information such as:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Home Address

Your doctor will also fill the form with the name, license number, address, profession, the province of license, and any extra administrative details. To receive the authentication from your doctor to avoid any future aggravation when agreeing your application for the medical marijuana card.

2. Get a licensed medical marijuana producer

Once you claim your marijuana card from your licensed practitioner, you are now allowed to register for any marijuana as long as you get licensed producers for it.

Only Medical Marijuana producers who are authorized to produce and sell to the public may sell or provide dried marijuana to eligible persons under the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR).
